We are able to serve your family well when we know your family well. Our placement questionnaire will help us to learn about what's important to you and your family. This is the time to hammer out the nonnegotiables and specific preferences. We love learning about your ideal caregiver!

Our Petit Profiles aim to showcase all the wonderful characteristics, skills and experiences our nannies share with the families they work with. The profiles are easy to read and compare side-by-side, and include past employment, references, education, and more.

All of our nannies complete an application, and go through an initial interview with our team, followed by a reference check, before we set them up for interview with your family. During this interview we discuss the specifics of your position, and make sure that the candidate meets all of your requirements.

During this stage, candidates enjoy the opportunity to meet with your family, share about their passions and interests, and learn more about your little ones. This is a great opportunity to see how the personality of each candidate does, or doesn't mesh well with your family dynamic.
