Full-Time Nannies typically work for one family, anywhere from 32-50+ hours per week. Nannies in long-term, full-time positions typically become a part of your family, providing expert childcare and maintaining your household with love and thoughtfulness. The cost of this service is relative to the projected income of the nanny, at 5% of the caregiver's projected annual income (32+ hours per week).
Part-Time Nanny Support
10% of the Caregiver's Projected Annual Income (31 or Less Hours per Week)
Many families are looking for a consistent, experienced caregiver to assist with childcare and household responsibilities on a part-time basis. We define part-time positions as anything entailing less than 32 hours per week. Our placement and vetting process is identical for both part-time and full-time nannies, however, part-time positions may take slightly longer to fill. The cost of this service is relative to the projected income of the nanny, at 10% of the caregiver's projected annual income (less than 32 hours per week).
In some cases, we are able to accommodate custom packages to meet your families needs. Please do not hesitate to reach out for an initial consultation, even if the above packages are not what you are looking for.
